Brian Haw
I have photographed a lot of demonstrations and protests but no one can match Brian Haw. He left his family and spent ten years (2001 - 2011) camping outside the Houses of Parliament and protesting against the coalition-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. This one-man protest is considered to be one of the longest in the history. Brian Haw died of lung cancer 18 June 2011.
